Penny is a 1.5 year old 10 lb. Miniature Pinscher. Penny was found running as a stray and while in animal control, no one came looking for her. She was obviously abused as she is terrified of new people, especially men. Penny will attach herself quickly to someone and wants to be close to them or on their lap. She is very affectionate. She would do best with one person, or a family of adults that understand she needs patience, and a little bit of work to trust that she will never be hurt again. If Penny is the girl for you, you will quickly fall in love with her, as she is an amazing little girl, just looking for someone to love her.
