Quinton and his brother and sister Quincy & Queenie were surrendered to Furry Kids'. Their parents were a Miniature Schnauzer (Mom) and a Mini-Aussie/Pomeranian (Dad)
Quinton and his siblings were basically ignored as pups from all human interaction. When they arrived to us they were what we would consider "semi-feral" Each pup was placed in a separate foster home to start learning what life could be like with love and human interaction.
Quinton has been in a foster home and has made much progress over the last six months. He has learned to trust his foster Mom and loves playing with the other dogs in her home. He is truly becoming a very happy dog and really enjoying life.
Quinton MUST have a securely fenced in yard, no exceptions. Only experienced dog families will be considered to adopt Quinton, as he still has lessons to learn about life and love. Quinton, even though fearful of humans (until he knows them) is very submissive, he will never even mumble so much as a growl.
Quinton has been neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, wormed and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting Quinton, please complete the adoption application located at www.furrykidsrefuge.org/adoptadog and a dedicated volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible.
