Rico is a fun, happy guy who is approx. a year old. He currently lives with a lady in an apartment but he is not getting the exercise, training or adventures he needs due to her failing health. Rico has been with the same lady since he was 8 weeks old. He is in good health, housetrained, crate-trained and very nice natured. Like most all young dogs he's full of energy and ready for action! He has been taught sit, down, roll over and crate time. When he's excited he is jumpy so we are working on sitting instead which is working very well. He's a big puppy at 60 pounds with long legs and a ready smile. Speaking of smiles, when he was a puppy he had a cleft palate and jaw issue which was surgically repaired. He's fine now although his smile is a tad crooked giving him even more character and charm!
Rico is a great guy but is too jumpy for small toddlers but older children would be fine: 10 years or older we feel.
He may be a bit too bouncy for cats but not in an aggressive way
A sweet bumbling boy!
Ideal home would be a house with a fenced in yard and a loving family to shower him with attention and affection! He would be in heaven for that life!
