Heartworm Prevention is given on the 1st of each month
Hello let me introduce Roscoe. Roscoe is a male dachshund mix . Roscoe was found as a stray in Arlington, Texas. CTDR pulled him and he was taken straight to the Vet. I pulled Roscoe and he loved on me for the whole half hour ride. Roscoe has now been neutered, chipped and UTD on shots. Roscoe is Heartworm Negative. I am now Roscoe’s foster as of a week ago. Roscoe is a extremely sweet and loving dog. He follows everywhere he can. He is in heaven when he is in your lap and giving kisses. He has shown NO aggression to either dogs or people. He gets along with all my pack as well as new fosters that come and go. He is routinely kenneled with other dachshunds male and female with no issues. He has become buddies with another CTDR foster “Lucky." At first he complained a little when first kenneled. But now goes straight into his kennel when asked without any help. Roscoe is active, loving and eager to please. He is attention and touch motivated. I was told he has some fear aggression at the Vet’s office, but I have neither seen or experienced it. Roscoe has been exposed to other dogs large and small, adults male and female, as well as my 18 month old grandson. He has been nothing but sweet and loving. I recommend him with no reservations as a family member.
