Ruby and her Mama were rescued from the Hood County shelter. They were picked up from a home with 21 dogs and had been living outside and were extremely skinny. Poor Ruby was a mess when we got her but BTRNT is making sure she gets the medical treatment she needs! When we got her she also had Medial Luxating Patella on both rear legs, which essentially means that Ruby 's kneecaps were not where they are supposed to be, causing her to be bow-legged, she was HW+ and had an old eye injury that caused her to be blind in one eye. Ruby just had surgery to fix both of her legs and is doing very well. She will soon receive treatment for Heartworms and then be the healthy girl she deserves to be. She is up to date on immunizations and is microchipped. Miss Ruby is currently working on her potty training. She is a tiny little girl, just 11 pounds, but is full of love and playfulness. She is good with everyone and will make a great addition to a family. Are you looking for a special pocket sized Boston Terrier like her? She should be ready for adoption sometime in November. Ruby's adoption fee is $350.
