This happy, friendly, handsome boy is Scooby!
Scooby has just come into rescue so we only know a few things about him, but we love him already! He LOVES to be with people and is fine with other dogs and with kids. He's curious and interested in new places, and likes to explore. Scooby is working on leash training, but will need crate training and probably house training, though we aren't sure about that. As with all our dogs, we do recommend obedience training as it not only helps with building the dog's confidence and socialization, but fosters that ever-important bond between the dog and his human family. Scooby does seem to already know "sit" so he's ready to move on to learning more! A fenced yard would be ideal for Scooby, but daily walks and some off-leash exercise in a dog park would be fine for his moderate energy and exercise needs. So far he's done fine on the few car rides he's taken.
Scooby was picked up as a stray and though he was fostered by someone, they kept him locked in the bathroom pretty much all the time and then returned him. But that's the past and Scooby's looking forward! Are you ready for some happy, handsome doggie loving? Then fill out an application for Scooby! He just can't wait to go exploring with you!
