I would have given a ZERO for a REVIEW except I do LOVE my puppy...It is NOT her fault that this PAT CRANDALL, the owner of Triple Oak Kennel is a NASTY B**** and only makes her Money by running a Puppy Mill......and she sell's adorable puppy's with bad medical conditions because their mama's are over-bred.......My little Shih-Tzu puppy was purchased from her and her brother told me that the Mama stopped breast feeding the 4 puppies she gave birth too...Why? That's a sign of Over-breeding....My puppy was no longer being fed by her mama, not washed or loved by her mama and she was left alone with no confidence, so as soon as I adopted her, she clung all over me...Now she won't let go.....She suffer's from "Separation Anxiety" a medical condition...and it got even worse went I recently had to bring her to the vet to have her spade. When I dropped her off, she got so scared I would never return and once I did, now we are home, she never leaves my sight! I am followed around all over even more, she has to touch me, some part of her body has to touch my leg, foot, arm, head, when she is sleeping, she has to watch me.....This is from OVER-BREEDING! That is all Pat Crandall at TRIPLE OAK KENNEL does...to make money........Nasty! Do not buy your puppy from her...I am lucky I have to stay home from a seizure disorder myself.....I do Not recommend Pat Crandall to ANYONE!
I was shocked to find out that Ms. Crandall sold me a puppy mill dog. My west highland terrier had been shipped from another one of her nefarious partners in Ohio. I was incredibly naive and feel like I have been scammed. I'm hoping for the best regarding the puppy's ongoing health but I'm taking a positive action with the best food on the market and providing all the love I can. I should have known when I got the puppy and put him on the lawn and he didn't seem to have ever been on grass. I would warn anyone to stay clear because it is not worth it to have to worry about health problems and loosing your puppy to unknown and unanticipated health problems and enormous vet bills. I'm enrolling my puppy in a pet insurance policy as soon as possible.
