Stephen is a fuzzy little guy who was found abandoned on a deserted rural road. He and his brother were found in a location where a different set of puppies had been found 2 weeks before. Oddly enough, both pairs of puppies looks similar but were different ages.
Stephen will be coming to the DC area within a few weeks and he's hoping that a great family will be ready to adopt him at that time. He's described by his caretakers as the more adventurous and outgoing of the two puppies.
