Domestic Short Hair, young adult, utd on vaccines, microchipped and spayed. She can be a loving kitten but she is very timid. Her life started out dodging cars at the Goodyear auto shop in Pooler. She was rescued from the engine of a minivan, terrified and all alone. Littermates were searched for but never found. She does purr when her favorite spots are rubbed: on the head, under her chin, and behind her ears. She doesn't like to be picked up or carried but will tolerate it occasionally on her terms. Be forewarned that loud noises alarm her immensely, to the point that should they occur when she's being carried she will scratch to run & hide but it's not done with malice. She's intolerant of her stomach being touched and requires swaddling for nail clipping. Vanish is playful and loves other kittens and cats. She seeks affection and play-time with puppies and kittens alike but will play independently too. She likes to sleep between your legs or beside you on a sofa but like any self-respecting cat she dictates the time and place for you to pet & stroke her. She is very tidy, good grooming and accustomed to dry kibble. Her foster home has 1 large dog, 1 large puppy, kittens and several senior cats. Given the opportunity Vanish will learn to trust and relax and could be a very loving and loyal cat, however she may always retain her independence.. In Foster Care.
