Hello! My name is Ziti.
I am a 10 months old German Shepard, where my owner surrendered me to rescue. I have a medium length luminescent solid black coat, a level (not sloped) back, hocks up off the ground, beautiful long tail and erect ears. Right now I am about 55 lbs, and may fill out to be in the area of 65-75 lbs as I mature.
I was assessed and they think I would be a great candidate to become a service dog for an adult with PTSD. I am sensitive and calm, and have a good level of confidence and energy, while not extremely high-drive. I am willing to focus on my handler and I am agreeable to direction. I am good with other dogs, but not isn’t interested in rough housing. I am good with strangers, calm respectful children, and also cats. I am House trained and crate trained. I am spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heart worm negative, on HW and flea/tick preventatives.
I will do best with an active, alpha person that has life experience with German Shepards. You will be required to provide contact info local service dog trainer for proper trainer to trainer continued traiing hand off.
