Impersonation seems to be one of Fuzzberta’s talents.

Fuzzberta Peekachu Jones — it’s a name that makes you want to meet the owner. In this case, that’s a guinea pig — a super cute guinea pig, according to her owner, Monica Wu, of California. So cute, in fact, that Wu made a Facebook page devoted to Fuzzberta and Friends. The friends are Wu’s other guinea pig, MiniGuineaPig, and cat, HuiHui.

Wu takes photos of Fuzzberta and MGP in costumes or minimalist scenes. Her talents and those of her pets have not gone unnoticed, as people seem to really enjoy the photos. Wu told Mashable that after success with the Facebook page, she then created an Instagram account for Fuzzberta. And so began Fuzzberta’s journey to fame.

That’s right. Fuzzberta has joined the ranks of other Animal Darlings Of The Internet, including Wally rabbit, Tiny Hamster, Marty Mouse, Mr. Bagel and Booboo the guinea pig.

Wu adopted Fuzzberta in January of 2014 from the rescue Coastside Cavy in the Bay Area. Then she realized she had actually met Fuzzberta when the guinea pig was very young at the Bay Area Guinea Pignic.

On an Instagram post discussing Fuzzberta’s adoption and meeting her inadvertently at the pignic, Wu said, “I took lots and lots of pictures holding her. Long before we welcomed her into our #foreverhome, we had more pictures of her than we had of any other piggy besides our own. We didn’t realize that she was the fuzzy baby from the pignic until days after we took her home. How incredible is that?”

Now that you know a little about Fuzzberta, it’s time to revel in all her glory. Check her Instagram account for more great pictures, including ones showing her as a nurse, pushing a shopping cart, drinking “beer,” flying a kite and many, many more.

Fuzzberta shows off some of her supermodel talent with this fine hat!

In a “who wore it better” moment, Fuzzberta and MGP both do their best Princess Leia impersonation. First is Fuzzberta …

…next is MGP.

The guinea pigs prove that carrots are a model’s favorite food (and maybe they have issues with sharing). It’s a must-see video simply for the slow-motion action and crunching sounds!

Fuzzberta acknowledges most holidays with some adorable costume, prop or scene.

When Wu was headed on a trip, she snapped Fuzzberta with this amazing “hat” as a clue to her destination.

Fuzzberta was a rescue, and Wu never forgets her origins or the plight of rescue animals who haven’t yet found a forever home.

Today is National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day! So, how can you help? Well, the most obvious answer is adopt a rescue pet! However, we all know not everyone can adopt a new pet right now, so here’s some other ways you can help! * * Donate money to your favorite rescue! Rescues are always short on money for vet bills and supplies and even $5 helps a ton.* * Donate supplies to your favorite rescue! Most rescues have either an address you can send supplies to directly or an Amazon wishlist you can purchase supplies off of. * * Spread awareness about all the animals available for rescue! People just don’t know there are so many different pets out there that need homes. Post something, give a rescue a shout out, share stories, share this post, talk to your neighbor. Just tell people about all the shelter pets out there that need a home. * * Finally, simply say some kind words to a rescue organization you love. Sometimes rescue work can be brutal. It’s sad, it’s expensive, it’s hard work, but they do it because they love it. Kind words of encouragement mean the world to those who are doing rescue work. They’re what keeps them going during the hard times! (Original post by @the_pipsqueakery) #adoptdontshop #adoptdontshopweek #nationaladoptashelterpetday

This shot poses Fuzzberta as a “groundhog” to celebrate Groundhog’s Day. It also showcases what Wu refers to on her Facebook page as Fuzzberta’s “donut lips.”

The first meeting with the baby guinea pig who would go on to become Fuzzberta!

#throwbackthursday What you probably don’t know is that Fuzzberta is a #rescue. We adopted her earlier this year as a full-grown (well as full-grown as she can be considering she’s permanently a baby) piggy after MiniGuineaPig’s original buddy Patches passed away. But it turns out that WASN’T the first time we met her! Way back in 2012 we saw her at the Bay Area Guinea Pignic with her original owners. Baby Fuzzberta was the cutest thing I’d ever seen, and I took lots and lots of pictures holding her. Long before we welcomed her into our #foreverhome, we had more pictures of her than we had of any other piggy besides our own. We didn’t realize that she was the fuzzy baby from the pignic until days after we took her home. How incredible is that?
