Halo, Purely for Pets has issued a voluntary recall of Sensitive Cat Turkey Dry Food.

Halo, based in Tampa, Fla. initiated the limited, voluntary recall due to reports of mold. No other Halo products are affected.

Consumers who have Spot’s Stew Sensitive Cat Turkey stamped “Best By 09/04/2016” should stop feeding it to their cats immediately and return the remaining food to any Halo retailer for a full refund or replacement.

Some pets can ingest mold without incident, others may experience digestive issues. Talk to your veterinarian if your cat experiences digestive issues.? Halo asked retailers to remove Sensitive Cat Turkey products stamped “Best By 09/04/2016” from their shelves.
