The Internet is at war again over an image. But this time, instead of a photo of a dress with an undetermined color, it’s a drawing of a dog wearing pants two different ways.
After it was shared on Twitter yesterday by Maxim Deputy Editor Jared Keller, the drawing just about broke the Internet with people retweeting the image and taking sides on what is probably the silliest argument in history: Should dog pants cover all four legs of the dog or just his hind legs?

The original image was reportedly created by Utopian Raspberry – Modern Oasis Machine, aka UR MOM, and shared on Facebook. Regarding the instant popularity of the illustration, UR MOM page admin Norbert told Maxim, “I honestly didn’t expect it to become so popular. I’m just glad people found it entertaining.”

Norbert told the magazine he created the image in the middle of the night after seeing dogs wearing pants and contemplating which way is correct.
“I saw some dogs wearing pants, and I thought about how they don’t really have arms so their pants should technically go on every leg. I just tried both versions,” he said.
My wife, half asleep: “The second one, because you don’t wear pants on your arms.” https://t.co/GHWFY3q9q4

So which way is the right way? We think the answer is obvious: Dogs would wear pants just covering the tail end.
But then again, you could say the same about that controversial dress — black and blue, duh!
