Johnny Depp is a huge Hollywood star and quite possibly the sexiest man alive, but that doesn’t matter to Australian government officials when it comes to the country’s quarantine laws.

The actor, who is currently shooting another “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie in Australia, has been ordered to send his two Yorkshire Terriers back home to the United States or else the dogs will be euthanized.

Australian Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce on Thursday accused Depp, 51, of smuggling his dogs aboard his private jet when he flew to Australia on April 21, NBC News reports.

Australia has strict animal import laws to prevent the spread of non-native diseases. Bringing pets to Australia involves applying for a permit and a quarantine period of at least 10 days, according to NBC News.

The agriculture department reportedly discovered that Depp failed to comply with those rules after the dogs, Pistol and Boo, were taken to a local groomer.

Depp and his wife, 29-year-old Amanda Heard, have until Saturday to their dogs out of the country, NBC News reports. If they don’t, Barnaby said authorities will have to put the Yorkies down.

“If we start letting movie stars, even though they’ve been ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ twice, to come into our nation, then why don’t we just break the laws for everybody?” Joyce said in a televised statement. “It’s time that Pistol and Boo buggered off back to the United States.”
