‘Jurassic Weenie’ Is The Only ‘Jurassic World’ Parody You Need To See

Don't worry, the only ferocious beasts in this "Jurassic World" parody are two goofy Dachshunds.

Stand down, Weenies!

Dinosaurs are having a killer summer thanks to the release of “Jurassic World.” And with great success comes memes, parodies and endless pop culture references.

“Jurassic Weenie,” the latest parody of the wildly successful blockbuster, is by far the best one yet. Uploaded to YouTube last week by Anna Schatte, it features two goof-tastic Dachshunds instead of dinosaurs.

Essentially, “Jurrassic Weenie” is the “Jurassic World” trailer but with the scenes of terrifying dinos replaced with close-up scenes of two Dachshunds skulking about in a backyard, tackling toys and letting out extremely chilling bellows.

What really makes this a top-notch parody is seeing actor Chris Pratt, who plays dinosaur expert Owen Grady, looking all terrified by a couple of diminutive dogs.

But, the funny thing is, even though it’s ridiculous that he would be afraid of two Dachshunds, seeing him timidly put his hands up with shocked tears in his eyes makes you instinctively hold your breath. Because if Chris Pratt/Andy Dwyer/Burt Macklin/Johnny Karate is worried, you better RUN.
