The rescue reportedly had some sort of dispute with the landlord, which led to the eviction proceedings. In an effort to spur adoptions, the group has lowered its adoption fee to just $100 in hopes some of the dogs will find new families.

The dogs have been spayed or neutered and have also been microchipped. The $100 fee also includes a visit to the veterinarian. The rescue must be out of its current location by June 19.
