Miniature Dachshunds Dressed As Minions Will Give You The Best Laugh Today

Crusoe the Celebrity Dachshund and his brother have the perfect costumes (and facial expressions).

Crusoe the Celebrity Dachshund and his half-brother, Oakley, are amazing in costume.

The new “Minions” movie doesn’t come screaming into theaters for another couple of weeks, but until then, let Crusoe and Oakley tide you over. The miniature black and tan Dachshunds have been outfitted in tiny Minion costumes and it’s admittedly hilarious to see them running down the hall, jumping and chasing each other while they’re dressed like extras from either “Despicable Me” flick.

The brothers’ owner wrote in a YouTube comment that he made the costumes for the dogs, which is impressive, both for the attention to detail and because he somehow got both of them to wriggle inside little pairs of overalls. The video is only 15 seconds long, but there’s no way you’re just watching it once. Or twice. Or not for the next four hours.

If you think Crusoe looks a bit familiar, it could be because he delighted the Internet a few months ago in a Mickey Mouse costume.

    • Hi Svetlana, Thanks for your question. In the comments under the video on YouTube, the owner of the dogs said they are homemade costumes. I haven’t heard of them being on sale anywhere.

  • The dogs owner would make a fortune if he made and sold these outfits……I would buy them for sure if they made them Labrador and old English mastiff sized ????
