Passive-Aggressive Cat Shoves Past Other Cat, Knocks Him Into Pool

“Oh, did I knock you into a pool on purpose — I mean — on accident?” #sorrynotsorry

People label cats as jerks, evil, etc. and that’s an unfair stereotype. And sometimes 100-percent true.

One cat perpetuates the stereotype by walking past a cat, who innocently gazes into a pool, and smackin’ him straight into the water, a video on America’s Funniest Home Video’s Facebook page shows.

We think this might be a solid act of passive-aggression, because the pushing cat acts surprised when the other cat glares at him and charges out of the water. It’s as though the pushing cat asks, “What? Did I do that?”

Yes, yes you did. And you’re ruining the “cats are positive pets” movement. Thanks.

  • The Cat did not push the other cat in the Pool! He walked up and touched the tail of the cat leaning over the edge and the cat didn’t hear the other cat coming and it startled him. The cat jumped forward to get away from the unknown.

    • I think he knew what he was doing…generally a cat will sniff something first then try to touch it. In this case he touched first…as much as I love them I see this behavior quite often with mine.
