You have a pet. You love that pet. You take pictures of that pet. You post those pictures on social media and whip out your smartphone to show them to friends, coworkers and strangers – anyone who mentions a pet.

That is so last year. Everyone has photos of their pets on their phones and social media accounts. Tiny pet portrait tattoos are the new thing (or at least maybe they should be).

New York-based tattoo artist Sanghyuk Ko, a.k.a. Mr. K, is the man responsible for these micro pet tattoos and they are exquisite in their detail and beautiful in their simplicity.
