Dogs’ reactions after a long time away from their people friends can be fun to watch. Big dogs will run out and jump on their hind legs to try and give their friend a kiss, while smaller dogs will run circles around their friend, and sometimes a dog of any size will get so excited to see their friend that he will pee in front of their friend. For Marc Richardson of the North Yorkshire Police in England, his Dutch Shepherd dog named Dutch takes a different approach, a video on Facebook shows.

Dutch launches into his handler’s arms to give him some loving. Richardson is equally happy to see Dutch and catches him in midair and gives him some quick back rubs.

That moment when dogs and handler see each other for the first time in two weeks… Posted by North Yorkshire Police on Monday, June 20, 2016

“Hello! Hello!” Richardson says as Dutch licks his face and another equally excited dog runs around and in front of Richardson.

“Have you missed me? Have you missed me?” Richardson says as he puts Dutch back on the ground and prepares as Dutch again jumps up for some more face licks.

Dutch obviously missed training with Richardson, and both missed seeing each other.
