Los Angeles-based SkyBark, a place where people can enjoy the nightlife with their dogs, is rolling out the red carpet for its Dogs Allowed event at The Vanguard in Hollywood, Calif., on June 19, 2007.
The event will raise money for Much Love Animal Rescue and support celebrity dog trainer Mimi Germain. Germain, who developed the Canine Consciousness philosophy, has devised a new approach to help dog owners find their own solutions.
The event includes a doggie VIP lounge, new dog products, and a dog fashion show, which will sport outfits from Old Navy and Fifi and Romeo.
Petapotty, the founders of SkyBark, will be providing public Petapotty’s for dogs as well as bottles of its new odor eliminator Smel’u’later. Pet food company The Honest Kitchen will also launch its new summer treat, Ice Pups, which will be served to the canine crowd.
Celebrity supporters of Much Love Animal Rescue and Germain hoping to attend the event include Britney Spears, Beyonce, Hilary Duff, Tori Spelling, Minnie Driver, Nicole Richie, Drew Barrymore, and Alicia Silverstone, among others.
Dogs Allowed will take place at The Vanguard, 6021 Hollywood Blvd. Doors open at 7 p.m.
